In the 2018/19 winter season ski vacationers can choose from the entire slope menu of Ötztal as the new Super Skipass bundles all ski slopes within the valley - comprising the Alps' most popular winter sports destinations as well as the valley's small but fine ski areas. At the "Hot Spot in the Alps" in Sölden, the Giggijoch and Gaislachkogl mountain gondolas take skiers quickly and comfortably from the village center straight to the almost endless ski slopes. Powder skiing and freeriding, on the other hand, are best done in Obergurgl-Hochgurgl. The high Alpine location, absolute snow reliability and state-of-the-art mountain lifts add to ultimate "Top Quality Skiing" on the wide open slopes of the rear Ötztal. And there is even more: the Super Skipass also includes the family-friendly Hochoetz-Kühtai ski region at the entrance to Ötztal and the smaller ski areas of Niederthai, Gries and Vent. From the coming 2020/21 winter season onwards, a new skipass price system will be launched for the Sölden + Gurgl ski areas. Therefore the skipass rates are no longer fixed as before but depend on the season time, date of purchase and demand.
According to the motto "The earlier the cheaper!", the new dynamic price model offers attractive rates (up to -20%) in advance, rewarding all those who secure their favorite skipass period in the online ski ticket shop weeks or months in advance.
Up to 5 days before the first validity day of the skipass, the ski ticket will always be cheaper in the online ski ticket shop, afterwards (from 4 days in advance) the cash desk price also applies in the online shop.
